Description
While employed at Aguirre Roden Building Systems the same team of Mr. Morgan, Mr. Kellogg and Mr. Meyers were responsible for the construction of this project. This project was a four story wood frame Springhill Suites in Richardson Texas. During the design many revisions and changes were made which the team was quick to implement and coordinate in to the project. To maintain budgets, the exterior was changed from full cut limestone and brick to a cultured type stone for the limestone and think brick for the other areas. On the interiors, millwork as well as other finishes were revised to reduce costs.
